Tasting Notes:

Nose: A sophisticated, high-energy contrast of elegant peat and bright orchard fruit. It opens with top notes of white peaches, green crisp apples, and sweet malted barley steeped in light syrup. Cutting through the orchard sweetness is a steady, grounding wave of seaside bonfire ash, salted lemons, and traditional vanilla cream.

Palate: Oily, complex, and intensely mouth-coating. The 56.9% ABV carries a flood of juicy citrus fruits, honey-drizzled peaches, and crisp green grapes. The underlying fruit sweetness is beautifully anchored by a deep, warming layer of maritime soot, vanilla bean paste, white pepper, and clean mineral salinity.
