Refund & returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and returned at your cost. 

To complete your return, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return, we shall contact you shortly. We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. Please inform us of any damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. Photographic evidence of damage is required.

On approval, you will be asked to send back the goods clearly stating your full name and order number. Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualified for free shipping on your order and we covered the expense, this will be deducted from your refund.

When returning items you are recommended to keep a proof of posting and a tracked service. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Items returned to us that arrive to us damaged or are lost in transit will not be credited.
